General Electric E-50 (1937)
(wood tube table radio)

General Electric E-50 (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Smaller GE from 1937 which was restored in 2012. New capacitors in chassis, alignment, tubes and resistors checked and plays well on a 6-ft antenna. Its a two-band set, but the old police band is obsolete. The cabinet was restored with toners and a semi-gloss lacquer, and new grille cloth. There is a 1-1/2" crack in the veneer on top as seen in the photo, but the radio still displays well with interesting veneer patterns. 12"W x 9"H x 7"D.
