Trav-Ler 549 (1937)
(wood tube table radio)

Trav-Ler 549 (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Hailing out of Chicago, Trav-Ler is a sought-after brand among collectors. Nice Deco curves and design on this one! The cabinet has been lovingly restored to closely match the color combinations as when it was new. There is a small depression on the top, which is depicted in one of the pictures. I don't believe this model Trav-Ler has ever been offered before on The Attic. The electronics have been completely restored (no shortcut repairs and it is internally fused for your safety), and it plays superb on the AM and both SW Broadcast bands. I've added an MP3 input for your listening enjoyment should you wish listen to your own supplied music, such as Al Bowlly or Alvino Rey. 16"W x 8-1/2"H x 7-1/3"D.
