Here's a quite gorgeous and not often seen Fairbanks Morse radio. It has an amazing colorful dial, airplane style dial pointer and three receiving bands, one AM broadcast and two shortwave. This is a lovely playing radio with lots of Art Deco influence and pleasing sound that will surely compliment anyone's collection. The chassis has been electrically restored; an audio input jack has been added for playing music from your iPod or other audio input source. The cabinet has been painstakingly restored using the finest lacquers available to simulate the original quality finish as when it was new and a new period specific grille cloth has been added. This will be the key focal point of any room or collection. 17-1/2"W x 12"H x 9"D.
