"Now son, don't you go touching that radio dial cause I love my Polka music." The manager of the gas station where I worked as a teenager uttered those words to me about a Zenith 5-D-610 just like this one. I'm not a big fan of Polka music but I do love these Zenith radios. This one has no cracks or chips and it plays quite well. However, a prior owner spliced a new cord using a big knot of electrical tape--ugly. The on/off/volume knob is very stiff and the tuning knob slips a little bit. Buy it cheap, spend a little time fixing it up and find your local Polka station. Sold as-is. I can arrange shipping to an excellent repair technician upon request.
