THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Most of the six tubes were of the Zenith brand, implying that they were the originals, so the set was not used extensively. One was unsatisfactory and has been replaced. The set's designer achieved a neat layout inside to accompany the elegant inlaid walnut cabinet. This set was evidently well cared for, although there are some cracks in the solid-wood ends that must have occurred as the wood dried out over the years. The field coil of the speaker has been rewound, and the volume control replaced; the filter condensers and various small R and C also have been replaced. There is a crack in the tuning dial proper, which has been repaired. The grille cloth has a tear. There is some modulation hum on strong stations. 16"W x 9"H x 8"D.
