| Here is a very nice Opus 7. The radio performs well on all bands. I have done all those things we normally do to give expectation of many more years of enjoyment to its owner. We replaced the filter condensers, replaced a host of capacitors, cleaned and lubricated the tuning mechanisms, tested and replaced any weak or marginal tubes, bulbs etc. In short, anything we would do if I were planning for one of our granddaughters to keep it for years and years. It is very original, it has the original dial glass, original finish, original speakers and grille cloth, etc. She is a beautiful example of one of Telefunken's finest top-of-the-line radios. It has AM, FM and SW, and inputs and outputs on the back for various speakers, tape recorders, record players, etc. This is a USA version, so the FM goes to 108 and all the writing is in English. Not mint, but very very nice, as you can see. I am always happy to answer questions, so please feel free to ask. |
