This is a spectacular original WW2 radio made exclusively for the US Army and Navy. It is referred to as the "Morale Booster" as it was used for the entertainment of the soldiers & sailors. The case is beautiful and made of steel. The dial lens is perfect & the dial is lighted. It has excellent reception on AM & shortwave. It also has a tone control & I've added a length of wire for an antenna. Just unroll it & put behind your furniture. Fully restored electronically for reliable daily use. Very heavy at 22 pounds. 14"W x 8"H x 8-1/2"D.
