| This tiny Philco Transitone radio ca. 1939/1940 has five tubes and plays like new it; is housed in a tiny 8"W x 5"H x 4"D Bakelite cabinet. The electronics have received my usual recap restoration and played for at least eight hours to assure me that the radio is in excellent playing condition. The brown Bakelite is in near perfect original condition with no cracks, breaks or chips. I have polished it and it shows. The dial cover is a reproduction as well as the back cover. Shipping will be $15.00 to the lower 48 states. |
