| I recently freed this black leatherette set from my "project" section (simply means it was unchecked) and plugged her in. To my delight, it plays loud and clear. This set functions on shortwave and broadcast (AM) bands. The unit is VERY CLEAN for its age with minor scuffing. All brass dials and knobs are present. Telescoping antenna is perfect and working. Fold-up front panel and handle are excellent. All brass ware is clean and present. Set even has some plug attachments under the back lid for battery installations and an empty original battery box in place. Seven pushbutton band selectors and four tone switches. If you like Trans-Oceanics, like listening to SW, and are fussy about condition, better get this one fast, cause it won't last! |
