THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here is an unusual looking radio due to its slant front and thumb-wheel dial scale. This GE model is a compact five-tube, AC-DC superhet receiver. It contains a 6A8 converter/oscillator, a 6K7 IF amplifier, a 6Q7 detector, a 25L6 power amp, and a 25Z5 rectifier. It has a "Touch Tuner" pushbutton system and the original dust-proof speaker. The radio has been electronically refurbished and plays well with an extended antenna wire. The cabinet has some age marring but displays very well. The grille cloth is a replacement. The radio dates to 1939 and sold new at $22.95. 13"W x 7"H x 6"D.
