Stewart Warner R-180-A (1938)
This is a stunning small tabletop radio, and rather rare, seldom seen for sale. It is a five-tube superhet and has been completely restored inside and out. Plays great on both Broadcast and Short Wave. Smooth and very attractive veneers with beautiful dial that lights up brightly. Chassis and speaker are very clean (pics are available). Complete electronic restoration was performed, replacing old capacitors, out of tolerance resistors, band alignment, and bad or marginal tubes. The finish was restored with clear lacquer. It works very well with just a short wire antenna (included). Aux input cable was added so you can plug in an iPod, CD player, etc. and play audio through the radio. Bluetooth receiver can be added and you can stream your tunes from your phone, computer, etc. 90 day warranty. 13-1/2"W x 9"H x 8-1/2"D.  $650.00. (1030207)
