Offered is this excellent condition Deco style broadcast band receiver manufactured by the FADA Radio & Electric Company in Long Island City NY. It has had a complete electronics restoration and performs very well. It has five tubes and is an AC/DC set; the four push-buttons are for station presets and are working properly. The cabinet is excellent, free of any chips, cracks or stains, and looks like it must have when new. This classic Deco design was used in at least four other models, with varying numbers of knobs and dial faces. It may be a rare set, with very little info on the web or in my collector books. It has the original back and grille cloth in good condition. It would look great in your collection, or as gift! Chassis pics available, warranty applies. iPod® input can be added for $75. Weighs 10 pounds, 14"W x 10"H x 7"D.
