AC/DC/battery. Multiband Broadcast and Shortwave. Good reception on all bands. The leather case has some of the material peeling back at the front edges as can be seen in the photo. Similar to the Trans-Oceanics, the Strato-World will bring in shortwave listening with just the telescoping whip antenna. The set has the same tube complement as some Trans-Oceanic sets: a 3V4 audio output, 1U5 detector/AVC/audio preamp, two 1U4 for RF and IF amplifiers, and the 1L6 converter.
