This is a really special radio. The radio is a stunning crafted cabinet with a terrific radio contained within. The cabinet was refinished by a previous collector who did stunning work and is accurate to the original. The speaker cloth is also replacement and correct. The knobs are original. The chassis is a seven-tube super-het with macro/micro tuning. Note the concentric tuning knobs, along with a "watch dial" brightly lit face. There is a tone/expander toggle on the back offering additional tailoring of the sound quality. The radio was designed as a four-band model, with two of the bands vacant today, so you are looking at AM and Shortwave. Les has completed his highly professional repairs and the radio has been returned to the deluxe top of the line performance. Les also added a mini-jack for your modern input device. With the plug in ease you might connect to your phone, pad or computer. Your choice of content is unlimited. Bluetooth is available. 20"H x 14-1/2"W x 10"D.
