Detrola 302 " Teardrop" (1940)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is one of the most unique radios ever made. The radio is shaped like a upside down spade, with a fine amount of handcrafted inlay across the bottom. Crafted of American walnut, the radio is a super fine looking and compact set. The finish is terrific and the radio is AM only with a replacement speaker cloth. The clock, which was a manual start, has been replaced with a similar self starting movement. Les has done his complete and professional repairs to the clock and radio and the performance is outstanding! Les also installed a mini-jack for your use of any other device that you might want to listen to along with the radio. Lastly, there is a fresh power cord and plug for your safe use. 10"W x 10"H x 5"D.
