Stromberg-Carlson 61-H (1935)
(wood tube table radio)

Stromberg-Carlson 61-H (1935)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This Rochester, New York, company made some of the finest radios of this era. The company was an engineer's dream and they made radios like scientific instruments. They never made the typical production type of sets and that is why the collectors love them. This radio is a great example of this quality, with the hallmark octagon dial that was uniquely theirs. The radio is top quality cabinetry with a high-grade seven-tube chassis. My technician has done a great job, replacing the filters and caps. The radio works and sounds terrific in the large cabinet. Every component has been tested or replaced, including a fresh power cord and plug, for you regular use. 20"W x 11-1/2"H x 10"D.
