| Attractive portable AC radio with a distinguishing pair of vertical grille bars separating the speaker from the dial. It has original black-painted highlights on the handle, speaker, dial and feet. Wood case is sound with no damage. The original damage-free knobs have a wonderful swirl to them. Grille cloth is firm and shiny, decal is original, dial face has a unique mottled look as it came from the factory, all the numbers are sharp. Dial pointer moves smoothly, dial plastic is firm & clear with just a 1/4" split at the bottom just below the 300 on the scale. Has most of the original bottom label with full & firm cardboard back. Powers up but hums with barely audible reception. |
