(wood tube tombstone radio)

Kennedy "Coronet" 42 Tombstone (1931)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This rare tombstone is about the finest example of this model you will find. The chassis has been meticulously restored and detailed, with nothing overlooked; all capacitors have been replaced and stuffed back in their original containers. The chassis has been refinished and polished to look as it did new in 1931. The cabinet has refinished using the original shades of stain, toning lacquers, and grain filler, then finished in clear lacquer. The radio plays with great volume and tone, and has great reception. 17"W x 10"D x 17-1/2"H.
