Offered for sale is this nice Zenith Royal 800 in excellent working condition. The Royal 800 is the first transistor portable from Zenith as it was released in early 1956, just after the Royal 500. This radio is clean in and out and does not have any chips or cracks in the nylon cabinet. There is the normal warping of the back panel that these all seem to have but the tabs keep the back on just fine. This powerful radio runs on eight "C" batteries and will fill your house with strong clear sound.
