A Jim Dennis "Scale of Beauty - Wanna-Be Special!" As a rule, a radio with a flaw doesn't make the JDSOB list. However, and, on occasion, I must deviate from my own rules. Such is the case with this beautiful brown racetrack Bakelite Zenith H-511. Like American Pharoah, the Triple Crown winner, this Zenith race track is a winner, too! An exceptional specimen with a J-B Weld repaired crack that's stronger than new on the left facing underside of curve number two coming out of the long sleek straightaway from right to left. Electronically reconditioned and aligned with all paper capacitors, electrolytics and out of tolerance resistors replaced. And, a new power cord! It's a fine playing horse...I mean, radio!
