| Five tubes, BCB only. One of the most distictive of the Transitone models with nicely bowed sides and book-matched top veneer. Carved wooden grille and dial bezel stands out. Stylized decorative wood back. All original finish cleaned up nice, looks good. The electronics was their usual super-het circuit using loctal tubes. Needed parts and tubes were replaced with new components. The radio performs strong with the well designed built-in loop antenna. |
