THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Attractive wood AM/SW table top radio. Use of veneers and burlwood makes for an attractive item. In March 1939, when this radio was made you had access to news, entertainment and information programs. For example Edward R. Murrow with news from Europe, were entertained by Jack Benny and could listen to president Roosevelt's Fireside Chats (I remember). Electronics restored to provide reliable daily listening. Eye tube for tuning. Refinished in original color. Power cord and plug were replaced. Replacement back was added. Will be carefully packed for safe shipment. 14"W x 9"H x 7"D.
