THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This speaker was used with Crosley radios such as the Gembox and Showbox. It was a different type of speaker for the time with four leads instead of two. The speaker takes its field current from the set. This employment of the armature principle of actuation was designed to improve sound. The speaker is in excellent original condition. The case finish is near perfect. I'm unable to completely test this speaker without the radio, but it is operational. 12"H x 11-1/2" diameter.
