THE RADIO ATTIC'S NEW SISTER SITE...

We are no longer "Old Radio Classified," but now Vintage Electronics Classified, better then ever!  (OK, that's the last of the hype).

This web site is for radio collectors who have items to sell and who aren't already sellers at the Radio Attic. 

• If you don't have the minimum number of old radios to sell in order to sell at the Radio Attic, you may post them here at VEC. 

• If you have items to sell that are not allowed at the Radio Attic, you may post them here at VEC.

• If you need something or are looking for a particular radio, you may post your "wanted" ad here at VEC,

This is how VEC works, in brief. 

Vintage Electronics Classified accepts ads for antique & collectible radios, phonographs, televisions, memorabilia, computers, parts, accessories, and books & manuals.   Every for-sale ad must have at least one accompanying photograph; up to five are allowed.  VEC also accepts free "wanted" ads.

Ads will run for a 60-day period.  Ads are automatically deleted at the end of that time.  Existing or expired ads may be renewed.

You submit your ads using one of two forms, either a for-sale ad form or a wanted ad form.  Shortly after you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail so you can double-check the text in your ad.  I will publish your ad within 72 hours, although I'm usually a lot faster than that.  For-sale ads must  include a photograph; a photo is optional for wanted ads. 

Your e-mail address provides the main method of contact between you and me, and between you and prospective buyers.  If you have more than one e-mail account, please use the address in your ad submit form for all future communications about your ad.

Five days before your ad expires, VEC's server will send you an e-mail notifying you of impending cancellation.  If you want to renew the ad, follow the instructions in the e-mail.  If you don't want the ad to renew, just ignore the e-mail and the ad will expire on its scheduled date.  No hard feelings!  You will also receive reminder e-mails for expiring "wanted" ads.

What's on the horizon for VEC?  Lots of things. Probably new categories of items allowed for sale, higher fees (only kidding).  VEC will remain a resource for anyone looking to buy or sell vintage electronics.  No sign-ups, no user accounts, no subscriptions.

Radios for sale at the Radio Attic are offered by independent advertisers and not by the Webmaster.
Sellers are identified at the top of each page.  You must directly contact the seller to purchase a radio.
